We develop different variants of sight glass assemblies for functionality, safety and customer benefit. The variants are cylindrical sight glasses with or without double jacket for heating and cooling, flat sight glasses (DIN 28121), straight-through sight glasses with side nozzles (2- to 4-way) and sight glasses for phase separation.
Our glass lined, low dead space cylindrical double-jacket sight glass combines optimized monitoring of the media flow with simple installation. A cylindrical sight glass provides an all-round view for maximum observation of, for example, flow rate, filling level, product status, phase separation of two-component mixtures, color and gas content of media in pipes, thus taking process monitoring to a new level.
This double-jacketed sight glass can also be installed upstream and downstream of tanks, center joints and in the vicinity of pumps.
Available in the usual DIN EN 558 lengths, but also in shortened or extended versions on customer request.
In addition, a double jacket for heating or cooling can be added to this construction variant.
This means that there are virtually no limits to process engineering production control.

- Suitable for use with acids and acid mixtures
- Wetted materials made of highly acid-resistant enamel and borosilicate glass
- Glass lined sight glasses are more durable, cost-effective and sustainable over their life cycle compared to sight glasses with PFA lining
- Can be used up to 10 bar and temperatures from -10 °C to 200 °C
- Nominal sizes from DN 25 - DN 150 / special designs available on request up to DN 300
- Optimum visibility and no “fogged” glass surface
- Suitable for use in production plants, but also for pilot plants and laboratory set-ups
